User Data Deletion

Brandex lets you delete your account and any personal data we hold about you, including data we received from third-party providers you connected (such as Meta/Facebook, Google, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and TikTok).
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Sign in at brandex.app/auth.
- Go to Settings → Preferences → Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your profile, brand dossiers, generated assets, connected-channel tokens, and any cached data pulled from third-party providers. Deletion completes within 30 days; backups are purged on their normal rotation (≤ 35 days).
Option 2 — Email request
If you can't sign in, email request@brandex.app from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data". Include the email address used to sign up and, if applicable, the name of the third-party provider whose data you want removed (e.g. "Meta/Facebook"). We respond within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Option 3 — Disconnect a single provider
To remove only data from one connected provider (without deleting your Brandex account), go to Settings → Connections, find the provider, and click Disconnect. We revoke the access token and delete cached data from that provider within 24 hours.
What is not deleted
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you.
- Records we must retain to meet legal or tax obligations (e.g. invoices).
- Content other workspace members created in a shared workspace; only your personal contributions are removed.
